Interactive Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Student in Utica, New York
Technology is my thing. It's funny, everyone always knew that but growing up I thought I should be a lawyer. It wasn't until my senior year of college when I admitted being a lawyer wasn't for me. I was interning for an AHL hockey team in their legal department and just hated it.
Fortunately I was with an organization that offered me the opportunity to work in a variety of fields. I discovered I had a major passion for technology.
After graduating college I got a job at a local television station in television advertising but found it hard to stand behind the product when I believed in digital communication more. That was when I decided to get my masters. Quinnipiac University had the perfect program, interactive media.
A year later and I'm halfway through the program at QU. I'm the Interactive Marketing Manager for Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute and feel so lucky to have fallen into what I have over the last year.
On my personal time I'm an avid Snowmobilers in the winter and I love to golf in the summer. I'm always up to date with the latest technology releases, even my car is a computer.
