New York, NY
Stacey Burgay is a Producer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a student’s heart. She’s passionate about the arts, education, and innovative solutions that have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Stacey grew up just a stone’s throw away from New York City, where she immersed herself in every art form she could. She was awarded “Most Outstanding Artist” and “Perfect Attendance” in school. Her abilities to think different and always show up are traits that followed her throughout college and her professional career.
After graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in Film and Television Production, she started working in and around New York City. She worked for major TV networks, film festivals and small arts organizations, often wearing multiple hats.
In 2008 she started Slightly Overexposed Productions, a vehicle to produce film and public art events in NYC. She founded the US division of Art By Chance and was one of the co-producers of PaperGirl NY.
Her interest in media and technology landed her an opportunity in 2011 as a producer at a young and rapidly growing digital marketing and creative agency. Since then she has worked with interdisciplinary teams on a variety of digital projects and marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 clients.
Stacey is available for freelance projects and looking for new opportunities to work with organizations whose missions she aligns herself with.
