I work in media and I'm based out of New York City.
In May 2014, I graduated from New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study where I created a B.A. in Marketing and New Media with a minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology.
One of the few Gallatin degree requirements is the colloquium (a two hour discussion of ideas and themes from texts that reflect and defend a student's academic career). My rationale is titled, Visual Rhetoric: Aristotle's Logos to Nike's Swoosh.
My general studies covered marketing and it's social and cultural impacts through technology. I am interested in the breakdown of editorial and traditional content in native advertising, digital/mobile marketing and social media. As well as understanding theory and philosophy to create a common thread and historical understanding. My concentration was the aesthetic and semiotic experience of marketing.
In Spring 2013, I studied away in London, UK and I traveled throughout Europe.
In 2012, I was a Time Warner NYU-POLY InnoVention Finalist. I helped develop an interactive writing recording device-WRD. My team and I presented our business plan to potential investors in the Empire State building.
As an inspiring new artist, art is a passion of mine- I sketch and paint. I'm interested in all things- art. I also enjoy traveling, culture, fashion, music and yoga.
Stay tuned. Feel free to reach out and say, hello.
