I love being a health coach and showing others how to live healthier lives both in the gym and at home! I strive to learn something new every day. It’s important to teach people not only what they should do to exercise and eat right, but why. Health and fitness has a lot to do with mentality and science. The chemistry and biology behind nutrition and working out is critical not only to peak your performance and results, but to give you motivation to work hard!!
I stay fit with runs with my German Shepherd, Crossfit, P90x3, PiYo, pole dancing, and dancing to Turbo Fire!! I also love to play sports, swim, snowboard, meditate, and do yoga. Outside of health and fitness I enjoy interior design, graphic design, photography, cooking, training my dog, reading, writing, taking care of my pets, and sleeping.
I currently work as a Medical Receptionist during the day and a Coach at night. Soon I will be instructing PiYo Classes and running Summer Bootcamps! If that sounds like a lot of work, it is! But it is worth it when you love what you do. I truly advocate chasing your dreams, whatever they may be. Sometimes things may feel out of reach, but there is always something you can do to try.
