I am a career professional. Currently, I am serving as a Career Center Manager with a non-profit organization. I spend most of my time helping individuals who are unemployed write and improve their résumés, prepare for interviews, and get connected with local employers. I also teach classes on job search topics. Such topics include The Biggest Mistakes Made While Job Searching, Maintaining a Positive Attitude in Times of Uncertainty, and Developing a Job Search Portfolio. I am also a Microsoft Office Specialist in Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook as well as an Office 2007 Master. I have taught computer classes for 4 years. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Paine College. I have a passion for all things business. My favorite area to discuss is marketing. I appreciate technology and love to discover new apps and find ways to incorporate new technology into the workplace. When I am not working, I enjoy watching TV – mostly reality shows, reading books – ones that spark new ideas, reading magazines – I have to keep up with pop culture, dancing – not very good at it, and listening to music. I am here to help you find a job, take your career to the next level, develop and market your business, or learn about a new computer program or technology. Email me for more info.
