Stacy Steinhagen

A television news reporter with more than a decade of on-air experience, Stacy Steinhagen currently anchors the 6 pm and 10 pm weeknight news for KEYC-TV in Mankato, Minnesota. Stacy Steinhagen earned her BA in journalism from the University of Minnesota and worked extensively in Minneapolis and St. Paul before accepting employment with KEYC-TV in September of 2010.

In addition to her experience as a reporter, Stacy Steinhagen has also served as a news photographer and has produced stories for The St. Paul Pioneer Press website and WCCO-TV in Alexandria and Minneapolis. Beginning her career as a WCCO-TV Assignment Desk intern, she quickly earned promotion to assignment editor and, ultimately, to bureau reporter and photographer.

Ms. Steinhagen’s present role as KEYC-TV anchor and field reporter enables her to do valuable work with organizations such as the American Cancer Society of Blue Earth County. As chair of sponsorship for the organization’s annual Relay For Life, she helps to raise thousands of dollars for cancer research.
