In his 20+ year career in Marketing and General Management, Stan Jacot has developed an extensive track record of profitably growing topline sales by revitalizing consumer businesses in highly competitive categories. His deep expertise in analyzing consumer opportunities and developing growth strategies & breakthrough marketing plans has consistently led to business growth that minimizes risk and maximizes shareholder return. These results were driven at both larger matrixed companies (ConAgra Foods, Kellogg USA, Capital One) and smaller entrepreneurial environments (Mission Foods, Borden Dairy, Kellogg Canada), showcasing Stan’s unique ability to grasp consumer and company culture.

Stan spent the first eight years of his career at Kellogg’s, with increasing responsibility in the US and Canada where he rose to be one of the company’s top Marketing Directors. Sector broadening followed, with experience in Retail (HoneyBaked Ham) and Services (Capital One) where he notably introduced the long-running “What’s in Your Wallet” campaign. While at Capital One, Stan was recruited back to Kellogg’s to re-gain cereal share leadership from General Mills, which he helped achieve through his roles leading Cereal Innovation and Kid Cereal Marketing.

Over Stan’s last 10 years in Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer roles, he has consistently built focused, purposeful and high-performing marketing organizations with improved alignment across functions. While at ConAgra Foods, he led the vertically-integrated Popcorn Portfolio in the Snacks division to achieve ConAgra’s Top Division results in three out of five years. At Borden Dairy and Mission Foods, he built the marketing function with new capabilities and revamped the innovation process, resulting in branded share growth and stronger focus on high-margin segments and products.

Stan is a member of the Dallas CMO Collective and the Transformational CMO Assembly, and has been a judge for the prestigious Effie Awards recognizing marketing that drives results.
