Stan Archie

A faith leader, Stan Archie serves as senior pastor with Christian Fellowship Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, he helps the establishment realize its vision of revitalizing the urban area. The pastor employs strategies that promote effective collaboration with stakeholders in carrying out the kinds of development projects that contribute to a self-sustaining community. In recognition of his achievements, Stan Archie was nominee to KC Globe’s list of 100 Most Influential African-Americans. Furthermore, the Carver Baptist Bible College and Institute named him Alumnus of the Year.

Also an author, Stan Archie has written on a number of social subjects and has lectured before student audiences at universities throughout the United States. He co-authored a 2009 study titled, "Partners in Prevention: The Role of School-Community Partnerships in Dropout Prevention," and he contributed to "Beginning in the Middle: Critical Steps in Secondary Reform."

Outside of the ministry, Pastor Archie enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, in addition to following sports, especially football and basketball.
