Stan Belenky

- Konstantin (Stan) Belenky has been actively engaged in the appraisal of the real estate since 1997.

- Assignments include appraisals for market value, insurable value, real estate taxation, estate taxes, mortgage value, condemnation value. Most assignments include appraisal and expert testimony involving real estate related litigation.

- Experience includes appraisal and consulting for residential, commercial, multi-family, special purpose, and vacant land throughout the states of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

- Extensive experience includes revaluations and reassessments for many municipalities in the State of New Jersey, including the City of Newark.

- Konstantin (Stan) Belenky also served in the capacity of Tax Assessor in several New Jersey municipalities.

- Mr. Belenky presently serves as the Chief Appraiser for Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC

- Mr. Belenky is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Certified Tax Assessor. He has also earned a license in the State of New Jersey as a real estate salesperson.

- Stan is approved by the New Jersey State Board of the Real Estate Appraisers as an instructor for approved real estate appraisal courses.

- Mr. Belenky is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).

- Mr. Belenky is a member of the Northeast Chapter of IAAO and a member of the Organization of Real Estate Professionals.

- Konstantin (Stan) Belenky has been qualified as an expert witness before the Tax Court of New Jersey, the Superior Court of New Jersey, the United States Bankruptcy Court as well as various County Boards of Taxation throughout the State of New Jersey in addition to various municipal planning and zoning boards.
