I’m Wendy Cooper. I design services and research experiences that make sense—for people, for business and for the teams who build them.

I’ve spent over thirty years working across Australia and abroad—in Austria, Denmark and the Emirates. I’ve worked with banks, telcos, universities, museums and startups. Big and small. Public and private. Always with the same goal: clarity, accessibility and genuine engagement.

I don’t do cookie-cutter. I tailor strategy to fit the challenge, blending human-centred design, Agile delivery and behavioural research. I ask the right questions, listen intently and make sure insights stick—and drive action.

When it comes to people, I lead with trust, delegate with fairness and build cultures where creativity thrives. Every project is a chance to make something better—and to make it together.

When I’m not designing, I’m composing music, practising archery, tap dancing or reading about brains and behaviour.
