Stan Gulkin, a graduate of Rutgers University and the Seton Hall School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, practiced for more than three decades as an attorney at various law firms. He established law offices where as the senior partner focused in areas of corporate law and taxation. In particular, his work emphasized matters related to the Internal Revenue Service or the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation issues. During this time, Stan Gulkin developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and the tax considerations involved in buying or selling a business entities.
Stanley Gulkin ended his legal career in 2001 and presently works professionally as a certified public accountant at Gulkin and Associates, LLC, which he founded. Throughout his career he engaged as a board member in a number of philanthropic activities with organizations such as three New Jersey hospitals, a geratric center and Temple Sholom of Essex County.
