Right after getting my bachelor's degree in Economy of Tourism in Sofia, Bulgaria, I decided it was about time to go to Barcelona. I quit the job that I had had for the previous 2 years, ascending from receptionist to Front Office Manager leading a team of 9 people, and I got a scholarship for a Master in International Business at La Salle University, Barcelona, Spain.

It has been more than 8 years now that I have been working at BMAT where my drive for excellence in customer service and quality delivery have led me to ascend to Head of Client Relations and currently, Head of Communications.

Throughout my work experience, I have acquired excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Paying high attention to details, I have always managed to create and retain customer loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and providing problem-solving resources. Being responsible for the brand management and corporate identity, I am dedicated to building, developing and implementing SEO and communication strategies from the ground up.
