Greetings and welcome! My name is Nick, I am a Cincinnati-born space enthusiast, and completely obsessed with food! I have 5 years of kitchen experience, starting all the way back to my college days. I began working with salads and sandwiches, and eventually got into working with desserts. My first pastry job was at a bakery inside of a casino, where I learned about cookies, brownies, pies, cakes, tarts, shooters/coupes, a few frostings and ganaches, as well as decorating and Gelato production! It was a fun 2 years! Ever since then, I have continued learning cooking since I spent a lot ofmy time baking. I've learned how cooking is done in a retirement community and a hospital! I have experience working with dietary issues and allergens! I am looking to continue my kitchen experience and cannot wait to see what comes my way!
