Dennis Starwanderer

Dennis Starwanderer is a retired baseball player turned life coach. Drafted in the seventh round of the 1981 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft, Starwanderer went on to play 11 years in the minor leagues for affiliates of the Detroit Tigers, Seattle Mariners, and Philadelphia Phillies. He spent three years in Japan where he was a starting 3B for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp. Based out of Champaign, Illinois, he now works full time as a motivational speaker and life coach. He has collaborated extensively with the University of Illinois Athletic Department and often helps out with many of their student-athletes.
