We grow our produce by means of organic practices on 102 acres. Our farm is not certified organic, but we follow organic methods to protect our land, our consumers and our families. We strive to push our growing standards beyond organic, creating a highly diverse selection of nutrient dense food which improves the local ecology.

We raise approximately 1000 cornish game hens for meat each year. These are snatched up by chefs before they can get to the market usually, or sold to people picking berries at our u-pick blackberry patch. They are about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds each, dressed and full of flavor. We raise them on organic feed and flats of wheat grass that we raise ourselves.
