I'm Stanislav — Станислав Кириченко, an SEO specialist and researcher based in Simferopol. I work on technical SEO, machine learning in SEO processes, and measurement of AI search visibility.
Stanislav Kirichenko (Станислав Кириченко, also known as Staurus) has worked in search engine optimization since 2006. Born May 2, 1986 in Sumy, he has run more than 200 projects, among them Avito, Hoff, MVideo and Tea.ru. Since 2026 he works as ML SEO Tech Lead. His current focus is generative engine optimization and the reproducibility of measurements in AI-powered search.
Professional journey
Early years: Stanislav started in 2006 at Rainford, then moved to SEO at Intourist in 2009, where organic orders grew by 1300% over three years. From 2008 to 2022 he ran staurus.net, a personal SEO blog.
Commercial SEO: between 2012 and 2020 he worked across marketplaces, media and e-commerce — am.ru, SADESIGN, Informunity, Sheer, Baby.ru. At Tea.ru (2020–2022) organic traffic grew tenfold and profit twentyfold. At Richard Tea he rebuilt SEO for 14 Shopify stores, adding 180% in organic traffic. At Itez.com he worked as an SEO analyst in crypto.
Agency and research: from 2023 to 2026 he was Senior SEO at Rush Agency. Since 2023 he has built his own SEO tooling, including the free audit tool on sk-seo.ru that runs 40+ checks on a page.
Research
Stanislav publishes as an independent researcher under ORCID 0009-0001-2914-9541. His preprint on the reproducibility of AI search visibility (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21498261) measures how unstable GEO metrics are: the mean pairwise Jaccard overlap of cited domains was 0.356 across four dates and 0.722 across five runs within ten minutes. Two further works study machine-text detection on Russian data — token-level surprisal on SEO texts (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21878973) and production conditions as a confounder in machineness estimates (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21763668).
