Steele, as a lifelong production veteran (Former child/teen actor & Model) and with almost two decades in Project Finance and Investment Banking, brings his unique international vision and investment banking sensibilities to his all star team. Steele began his entertainment career less than an hour after his birthwhen he was photographed with his mother, an Australian model & professional dancer. With aspirations to the big screen, Steele continued to both act and model through his late teen years and early twenties appearing in numerous theatrical, commercial and feature film productions on both sides of the Pacific. This experience led him to Associate Producer credits on several short films, feature film and television projects. A chance meeting in 1998 with the CEO of CIC Holdings, a boutique Venture Capital Firm based out of Southern California, launched Steele into a Finance career and provided him a mentor that broadened his financial horizons and expertise to include Mortgage Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital/Angel Investing. With vehicles ranging from Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Structured Finance, Leverage Buy Outs, Pre‐IPO finance and Reverse Mergers, Steele quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest Senior Vice President in the firm’s history. Steele expedited the company’s expansion in 2000 by opening a Market Street, San Francisco branch office to restructure, finance and create successful exit strategies for more than a dozen different start‐ups and established businesses ranging from Biotech, Med‐tech, Voice over Internet Protocol, Real Estate Partnerships, Oil and Gas, Internet and of course Film and Television products. With a lifelong passion for Entertainment & Media keeping a finger on the pulse of this exciting Industry, Steele began the first Infinite company in the year 2000, usheringing in a new millienium and a new Brand for the ages!
