After several years dealing with contracts as head of Legal at Sony Ericsson and as attorney at leading lawfirms I came to wonder. Is the way we are drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts really the best way to do it? The obvious answer is no - and all of us participating know this. The question is what we do about it.

I have one very solid target in life - except being a good father, husband and provide for my family. I want to find out - at the age of 46 - how good runner I can become. So I am dedicating time on this project.
