My research and teaching are directed towards the Quaternary and the climate development during this dynamic period in Earth's history. I work with diverse climatic archives, ranging from marine cores from the North Atlantic, ice-cores from Greenland to terrestrial deposits in Scandinavia, Patagonia and the Azores.
