Braedon and I (pictured happily dancing at our wedding) were sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on August 16th, 2012. We met while bowling with a group of mutual friends. I was trying my hardest to flirt and impress Braedon, not knowing he had recently returned from his LDS mission in Cambodia only a week earlier, still a little awkard around the ladies. After failed attempts to alert him that I was indeed interested, I told one of his friends I had a crush on Braedon, but to not tell him (WINK WINK). That was all it took and our first date was set up just a few weeks later! Shortly after we started dating we knew we would spending almost a month apart, I was going to India, and he was traveling back to Cambodia with family. We decided to date other people...once both home we pretty much knew and hit the ground running! After ten months of dating we were engaged, and six months later we were married. I am now working as a registered nurse in pediatrics and Braedon is enduring some grueling pre-med classes at the U of U. Marriage has been an exciting adventure, we've had ups and downs and are still learning about life as newlyweds!
