Stefanie Chang is an international disaster response specialist. She spent five years building All Hands Volunteers (formerly Hands On Disaster Response), launching disaster response programs in Indonesia, the Philippines, Peru, Bangladesh, Haiti, Japan, and the USA while shaping the organization's strategy, partnerships, and operations. Her work earned her a 2011 Cordes Fellowship, and she currently serves on the board of All Hands. She also managed field operations for Partners In Health as part of their Ebola Response.

Prior to this, Stefanie managed client services at the Cal State East Bay Small Business Development Center. She helped small businesses build core management competence and mainstreamed sustainability and social responsibility in the center's programs.

Stefanie has a BS in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California, Berkeley and is completing a MA in international affairs at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, where she focused on international business and urban development. She is looking for opportunities in risk management, operations, and strategy.
