I am currently a junior in the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, double majoring in Marketing and Hospitality & Tourism Management. My passion has always been to travel the world and capture each moment with a picture.

I was born and raised in New England. My father was raised in a small town in Maine and my mother was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I have been given the opportunity to visit my family in Brazil every year since I was born; I believe this is from where my passion of traveling and exploring the world and new cultures arose. This upcoming Spring semester, I will be studying abroad in Málaga, Spain. I could not be more ecstatic to meet new people, explore new places, and learn a new lifestyle. I am also eager to improve my Spanish, so that I can be fluent in it, along with Portuguese and English!

Along with traveling, my hobbies and interests include social networking and blogging, music, photography, fashion trends, trying new foods, and watching professional sports. I also love watching my two younger brothers play football, basketball, and baseball. Their success while playing has made me so proud to be their sister.

As an extremely hard-working and ambitious individual, I strive to perform my best in everything I do, whether it be with my school work, my job, or an internship. I will take full advantage of all opportunities that present themselves and portray great enthusiasm when learning from experiences. This will allow me to grow within my fields of study and ensure great success in my career.

I aspire to be everything I can be in life. Only you have the power to shape your life and you have to always believe in yourself. With this mindset, you can reach all your goals.
