Stefanie Miska

Stefanie Miska is originally from Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. After extensively travelling throughout West Africa and Asia and suffering from digestive imbalances as a result of her travels, she sought help from a Doctor of Chinese Medicine.

She experienced the wonders of this ancient medicine first hand and was inspired to study this healing modality soon after her healing began. Five years later she graduated from the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine Program from one of the most prestigious schools in Canada.

Today, educated and experienced, Stefanie looks beyond symptoms to focus the benefits of her formal training on each of the factors that affect overall health.

Compassionate, caring and qualified, she encourages and empowers others to take back control of their own physical, mental and emotional wellness. She believes that self-awareness and the many factors that encompass holistic health are the foundation of well-being.
