Stefan Nordin

Stefan Nordin is a technology engineer first and foremost, having written his first line of code onthe VIC-20 35 years ago, and founded his first IT company, Pankreas AB, 25 years ago. He is an international executive, originally based in Stockholm, now in Malta. Some technology officers work in a silo, but Stefan strives to bring the organization and leadership together.

Stefan is responsible for the overall delivery of Tech products developed by the Betsson development teams and manages the relationship with internal supplier Betsson Technologies. He also focuses on the connection between technology and business and how it can help make a company work more efficiently and more productively, which in turn drives revenue.

One of his main tasks is to ensure the development organization works together with the business side to make sure they are working together towards a common goal. A lot of the development happens on the live websites, which carries extra complexity since this can directly affect the customer experience.

Stefan looks to improve an organization's growth and technology by continually cultivating new talent from within, giving employees the tools necessary to be the best they can be. He keeps an open door for mentorship opportunities, and always looks to improve corporate culture by connecting leadership to the rest of the company.
