I'm Stefano, a curious geek born Italian and then became an Internet citizen.
I've travelled around Europe, I've lived in Denmark and the UK and worked for enterprises (like Microsoft), small companies and early-stage startups (like the ones that I started ;) ).
I love startups and disruptive ideas: I attended some Startup Weekends and hackathons (also won a couple of them), worked for some startups and tried to make real a couple of my own projects (Lyda.io and Ewavee.com). Former CTO at a digital currencies exchange. Now managing a team of data people (engineers and scientists) to help universities and medical researchers to deal with their data.

I'm curious, vegetarian, interested in Green Technologies. AI and ML, functional languages, distributed system, Blockchain and crypto-currencies ( <3 Bitcoin ).
I think we should use technologies to live better instead of just make more money.
