When not working for you, I fill my days with exercise, dog walks, and meditation. I research nutrition and diet trends because knowing more about the ways I fuel my body and how that affects me sparks joy. I volunteer time as a moderator on a men’s mental health group for expats living in South Korea. I am actively pursuing accreditation as a mindfulness practitioner and life coach.
But that’s not where my fit for the job ends.
I have been growing my passion for writing from the time I first began to arrange letters into words. I have amassed valuable experience in the fields of research, sales, management, and education. I now combine and utilize these assets to help individuals and companies just like you and yours.
