Mark is a multi-faceted business and finance professional with a proven track record of incubating new businesses and driving teams through aggressive growth periods. He has proven success delivering new offerings to market and executing a growth plan within numerous organizations. His financial services tenure began with Knight Capital Group (now Virtu Financial) which was then the largest retail execution provider in the United States equity markets. He joined Citadel Securities during the aggressive growth period which culminated with capturing the largest market share of retail executions in the US equity markets. His current role is the General Manager of the Shipyard Marina within the Ironstate organization. The Shipyard Marina and the Hoboken Sailing Club are focused on recreation and education surrounding the exceptional water access that is Northeast Hoboken. He holds a New Jersey Real Estate license with Keller Williams City Life and is a member of Team Rakela which services residential and commercial clients in Hudson County. He is a Principal with Bone in Food which supports local farmers in Somerset County by sourcing and preparing their food and delivering to urban centers. He is the Treasurer of the Board for the professional Mile Square Theatre in Hoboken. This theatre provides live and virtual productions, adult and children education and dance programming. He is on the Leadership Board of the Hoboken Hospitality Alliance, an organization that supports the local restaurant operators through advocacy and technology. He is the Co-founder of the Hudsonseed Foundation that is a 501c(3) non profit that supports mindfulness practice in school systems. He is married to Erin Stehli and they are raising 3 children in the Hoboken community. The children are students at the Hola Spanish Language Immersion Charter School.
