My name is Stelios Archontakis, the managing director of Homeland Inrternational Property Consultancy.

Homeland is an independent property consultancy, providing an integrated residential offering, selling properties in key locations across the island of Crete.

Our working experience in properties counts more than 20 years in Crete real estate industry and has given the opportunity to a numerous clients to obtain their own property in Crete island.

We first started together with my father Nikos, as a family orientated business, and on 2000 I undertake the business with a desire for innovation, while at the same time adhering to the professional principles and standards my father had established.

Homeland started its operations through the merger of two well established real estate offices ALPHA ESTATE and PLATON in spring 2004. Through these years, with high score sales and constructions of new houses we achieved to advice our clients ranging from individual private investors, clients and homeowners to major developers and investors. Our high teamwork effort, reliable partners, credibility and innovation gives our passion for property at the heart of everything we do.

We believe that anyone can invest in a property in Crete regardless of activity or profession. The management of real estate in Crete, however, is a complex activity which is best handled by a professional.
