ABOUT MY WRITING

I worked as a freelance journalist for many years before taking a break. I am keen to jump back as I have never stopped writing.

I can write on most subjects and like crime genre for fiction because it offers everything I enjoy especially if it is well done. I cut my teeth on Agatha Christie and still believe no one can beat her for the ability to hide her killers till the end.

I love crime fiction that features exotic settings including Boris Akunin's Inspector Fandorin from Russia, Shamini Flint’s Inspector Singh from Malaysia, Andrea Camilleri’s Inspector Montalbano, Scandinavian authors like Jo Nesbo and of course European and American ones.
