MioAlpha Heart Rate Moniter

As I'm largely guidedby my heart rate when I run, I didn't need a device to deliver much (or any)more than that. I love that I don't need a chest strap for continuous HRreadings, and I've found it to be incredibly accurate (when TIGHTLY worn on thewrist).

I use the Mio Alpha exclusively for the heart rate monitor.Excellent for free weights, tread mill, & daytime jogging.

the unit works just fine. had a little scare with elevatedheart rate, so I bought this unit, and it keeps my conscious of my heart'sbehavior. it is exactly what I wanted and was hoping for.

I had a heart attack in Feb. The MioAlph heart rate moniter gives me peace of mind knowing what my pulse ison a continuous basis as I exercise so that I maintaine the proper rate for me.

Purchased this for my husband who had open heart surgery inDec. He had graduated from cardiac rehab and needed a way to monitor his targetheart rate while exercising on his own. I have had no issues with the monitorfinding my heart rate.

Very nice watch, it Works very well keeping track of heartrate. To count caloriws this watch needs to send info via bluetooth to a móvildevice.

I brought this watch to help me monitor me with my fitnesslevel. If you are not sweating, the heart rate drops constantly even. I did notneed a watch to keep up with my heart rate while I'm sitting.

I wear mine just a little tighter than my watch and it worksgreat. The band stretches so even if you have it a bit tight it still remainsvery comfortable. I have been using the MIO 4-5 days a week for the past 5weeks and it has not yet required recharge.

The watch gives you a heart rate, but it doesn't sync withthe software. I find analytical, historic and info from the duration of aworkout much more valuable than to know your heart rate at only a specificmoment.
