Elisa is an Executive Creative Director, systems thinker, and entrepreneur based in New York City, working at the intersection of creative, brand narrative, and AI strategy.

At Google, she led the commercialization of their AI creative products and research—shaping how emerging technology meets the market.

Across her agency career, she spearheaded creative teams at world-class shops like Droga5, Wieden+Kennedy, RG/A, and CP+B, delivering major global campaigns for flagship client accounts like Google, Netflix, Levi's, Ubisoft, and Coca-Cola. Her work has earned top industry accolades, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, and The One Show, and she was named one of Business Insider’s Most Creative Women in Advertising.

Outside of corporate leadership, she brings her hands-on builder mindset to life as a local founder and licensed animal care handler in Manhattan.
