Stelios Stylianou is a family man, who strives to help clients relocate, buy, sell, rent, and invest in real estate in South East Florida. Stelios is a Realtor, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified International Property Specialist, and a Resort & Home-Second Home Property Specialist; who began his journey in construction and home improvement at the age of eight with his father. Stelios specializes in luxury, waterfront and country club/golf lifestyles.
Originally from Cyprus, Stelios has traveled the world; growing up in Toronto, enjoying white water rafting in Costa Rica, ATV’ing at Mt. McKinley in Alaska, horseback riding in Mexico, swimming with dolphins in the Cayman Islands, and bicycling on volcanic mountains in Hawaii.
Stelios has a passion for life fueled by the love for his wife. Many friends say they enjoy his healthy sense of humor and the compassion he carries for humanity. At his core, Stelios believes communication ensures longer lasting and healthier relationships: a trait Stelios carries into his business. Stelios has a background in construction, real estate, management, and home improvement. With 7 years in real estate in Florida, 30 years in the construction business, 20 years managing improvement projects and with a construction history dating back to 1980, Stelios further educates clients, so they can generate the best decisions to achieve their real estate goals.
Stelios is a member of 14 different organizations including but not limited to: The National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors, Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Keller Williams Realty International, Women’s Council of Realtors of the Palm Beaches, and the Young Professionals Network. Stelios has worked for numerous multi-national corporations in a leadership and management capacity both domestically and in Europe.

Stelios speaks fluent Greek, English, and a grasp on Spanish to further connect and communicate with people from all over the world.
In his spare time, Stelios enjoys the company of his wife, meeting and conversing with new people, learning about culture and life, racquetball, photography, graphics, cycling, carpentry & interior design. Stelios is well-rounded both in his professional and social life; enabling Stelios to connect with clients through his experience, knowledge, understanding and education and help them obtain their real estate goals.
