My preferred coaching approach is solution focused coaching and my area of expertise is pregnancy coaching.

As a pregnancy coach I lead my clients to find their comfortable zone as a mother to be. And from there to explore the possibilities of delivery that fits them the best at given moment. To mentally prepare for the new adventure and to relax and enjoy every moment with full support.

Coaching is focusing on opening your mind, overcome fears and doubts and connecting you with your vision. Set up an action steps towards your dream delivery or just relax in the present moment and peacefully open your mind and heart to what is coming.

I strongly believe in individuality in life and especially in pregnancy time. I will guide you to find your own path in this special time.

I have studied coaching on Erickson College partly in Prague and partly in Vancouver.

I have been travelling all around the World. I lived in New Zealand for two years and I still do love to connect with different nationalities.

I have a 7year old daughter and 7months old son. My favorite writers are Paolo Coelho, Louis L. Hay and from Czech ethnologist Pavlína Brzáková.
