Bob Collins is Founder and Director of STEP-Carefully! for Stepparents, a non-profit program for stepfamilies and divorcing couples [1], a Certified Family Mediator [2], an experienced family and personal coach [3], and a licensed minister [4].

Bob -"Stepcoach"- has helped families solve their problems and find working solutions to their disputes since 1996. He has taught remarried couples (“stepfamilies”) how to build healthy new homes from past broken relationships, stepparents and stepchildren to get along, and ex-spouses to work together for their childrens sake. STEP-Carefully! is the largest faith-based support organization for stepfamilies in the world.

Bob is a respected speaker and author of several stepfamily guidance books. He has appeared on national television, on radio in various nations, and in numerous international publications teaching families how to succeed. Seminar audiences love his informative, "on-target," and fun presentations about Stepfamily challenges and solutions, divorce dynamics, and increasing work production by improving employees' peace at home.
