Steph Papastavrou (Bujdosó)

Athens, Greece

A 23 year-old half Hungarian-half Greek student of marine sciences with lots of expectations and life targets, with will to help, work and succeed for any objective or project. She learned from young age to respect and appreciate the goods and the bads of life. She used to be a scout and always had a love for the nature, the sea and animals as well(she wanted to be a vet since forever). She was an athlete of aquatics for more than 8 years and even till nowadays she gets involved when she has free time.

At 2010, she became a volunteer for Archelon(sea turtle protection society of Greece). At 2012, she was a field leader of one of the society's projects. She is taking part as a volunteer at the Hellenic rescue team, department of Lesvos island in Greece since 2011 as well. She knows first aids and she has a continuous training from her trainers. During of the summer of 2013, worked voluntarily at the sea turtle rescue center in Athens and as kiosk coordinator at Hellenic Ornithological society of Greece in Mitilini, Lesvos.

Her vision for now is to be part and work to an aquarium or to a zoo park. She wants to understand the behaviour and the habits of marine animals, sea and coastal life in general.
