My passion is to inspire organisations and people and help them exploring new business and governance models.

I elaborate "laboratories of reinvention" where leaders, managers or individuals can explore innovative options and overcome their resistance to change in creating long lasting sustainable models.

In order to drive multi-layed comprehensive transition—individual, collective, organizational, cognitive, and behavioural—I bring along a strategic organisational approach (using forward-looking new business models) to my partnerships with individuals and companies in order to integrate best practices, including in management, innovation, production, and communication.

Prior to founding NoveTerra, I was strategic consultant for multinational groups as well as Group Vivendi’s first Sustainablity Director.

I hold degrees in International Relations, psychopedagogy, and human ressources management. I am a passionate member of working groups addressing neuro-, behavioural and cognitive sciences.

I also give conferences and lectures at a number of graduate schools (HEC,CHEDD,Skema,IFS) on subjects ranging from collaborative management to sustainable development and transformative leadership

I am co-author of “Long-Live the Co-Révolution! For a collaborative society” and contributes to collective books and blogs on alternative business models and transformation.
