After 20 years in the sports industry, mainly in international sales, marketing, business development and management, within large groups and SMEs, I understand that the human factor is crucial for the health and success of a company and its employees. Multicultural by essence, quadrilingual, former pro triathlete, I have traveled the world to perfect my understanding of human beings. Certified in systemic coaching and psychometric instruments (MBTI® and ActionTypes®) I focus my approach on self-knowledge as this is, to me, the key to unlock our potential. I am specialized in recruitment and HR consulting, still in the sports industry, to facilitate the development of people and businesses.
