Stephanie Brooks has over 20 years of experience in marketing with a particular focus in services marketing. In addition, Stephanie has also gained experience in digital marketing over the past 12 years focusing on blogs, websites, and social media.
A sub-field of marketing, services marketing involves marketing of services rather than goods. Typically, it includes both business to consumer services as well as business to business services. Stephanie has worked in services marketing in a variety of areas including: financial services, telecommunications services, hospitality services, air travel and car rental services, health care services, and more.
Outside of her professional career, Stephanie Brooks is also passionate about education and supporting non profit organizations. She loves giving back to her community working with the local Boys and Girls Clubs of America organization. The Boys and Girls Clubs of America organization offers kids specialized programs to help them develop strong leadership and social skills. Their mission is to inspire and enable all young people to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, caring, and successful citizens.
