Stephanie Fleary, empowerment facilitator, author and event producer is a force to be reckoned with in the personal development industry. Her genuine care and consideration for empowering the minds of many has led her to become the woman she is today.

As an educator for almost ten years she has counseled broken mothers, helpless children and dwindling families; aiding in the repair and need for growth. Ms. Fleary quickly found her purpose and fights endlessly to leave a legacy of love, determination and wealth for her son.

Through her writing, empowerment events and spiritual intuitiveness, she is determined to teach her son and others that they were created with great purpose. Ms. Fleary recognized a need for positive references in her community and decided to create one reflective of the values taught in Proverbs 31. As a result of the knowledge and experience she has gained as well as her love for shoes, Ms. Fleary founded Empowered Stilettos LLC in 2013 to teach confidence and balance to women from all walks of life. A personal development company specializing in producing empowerment events, Empowered Stilettos has developed and implemented workshops for educators of the Diocese of Brooklyn in addition to collaborating with The Institute 4 Increased Performance working diligently to introduce “The Making of a Champion” series to those in search of more. Not only does this stiletto queen have the keen ability to bring people together for a cause but she is also able to call them into action.

Growing up as the middle child with two sisters in a household with Caribbean values, she was been blessed with a sound foundation she owes much of her success to. Ms. Fleary learned that in order to achieve greatness you must stop at nothing when pursuing your goals. Her life's goal is to heal the hearts of many so they too can heal the hearts of many more.
