Stephanie Harrison

I am deeply passionate about the human race and the innate goodness that we all have to offer - we all carry a certain set of skills, capabilities and talents that can be harnessed for new, crazy and exciting ideas. My mission is to find ways to unleash that goodness and use it to improve our world.

Currently...

I am a Consultant focused on aligning clients’ people issues with their overall business strategy and determining how an organization’s people will drive success and future growth. This role involves working in dedicated project teams, solving complex organizational problems and presenting recommendations to senior client leaders.

In the past...

As an undergraduate at NYU’s unique Gallatin School of Individualized Study, I created my own educational curriculum concentrating in Global Innovation Strategy. This curriculum was focused on creating a perspective about how organizations would innovative in the new global economy by effectively using their human capital. I incorporated courses in business/management, marketing, sociology, international development, organizational development, economics and international studies to build this field of study. To apply my academic knowledge in a practical setting, I traveled and studied in France and India and completed multiple internships in different fields such as international business management, advertising, knowledge management and marketing.

Looking to the future...

I’m focusing on mindfulness, positive psychology, global innovation through technology, creating strong teams and leaders, the growth of India and social entrepreneurship.
