I decided I'd like to be paid to write and create when I was about 11-years-old (I loved reading and writing was the next best thing) and I'm glad I stuck with it... 16 years and one journalism degree later I still can't imagine myself doing anything else.

I work in government media and was previously a regional news reporter.

Undertaking postgraduate study in digital media is a truly exciting opportunity for me, as I enjoy exploring new and emerging forms of storytelling.

Aside from work and study, I am a passionate cancer advocate (cancer turned my life upside down not long after my 21st birthday in 2012), adore spending time with my partner in our cottage full of cats and dogs and try to travel anywhere and everywhere as often as possible.
