Interventions are practical, market-tested, results generating strategies with a smile or two along the way. The more we understand, the easier to apply learning.

In terms of my own formal studies, I learnt management theory on an MBA, have a Professional Diploma in Marketing, a post-graduate in Management. Fellow with Institute of Training and Development.

Earlier career roles include Marketing and Business Development roles with Ryanair, Ukraine International Airlines and Nissan.
