Stephanie Woods

I’m Stephanie Woods — an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and proud mom who believes that hard work and heart can change everything. I grew up in New Jersey in a big Italian family, where money was tight and nothing came easy. My mom worked as a waitress, and I learned early on to be independent, resourceful, and determined. Those lessons shaped everything I’ve done since.

Today, I’m the President of Airheads HVAC and CEO of AH Financial, two businesses I co-own with my husband. I’ve also spent over 15 years investing in real estate, which taught me how to recognize opportunity, manage risk, and build something lasting. I lead with honesty, accountability, and a belief that people matter most.

Giving back is a big part of my life. I serve on the Leadership Board of Metropolitan Ministries, as well as HubLife Charities and Trinity Chat, where I help organize community events and family-focused fundraisers throughout Pasco County.

When I’m not working, I love to work out, travel, cook, and spend time with my husband and our three kids. My motto is simple: work hard, stay humble, and lift others as you climb. It’s how I live every day.
