Stephanie Lombardo

Welcome. My name is Stephanie Lombardo, and I am a teacher living in New Rochelle, NY. I'm passionate about fostering a love for learning and literacy in young children.

I hold an M.S.T. in Early Childhood and Childhood Education, which is a dual certification. I am currently seeking a full- time teaching position.

In recent years, I designed a Little Free Library located outside of the Huguenot Children's Library in New Rochelle, NY. The theme I painted the Little Free Library in was in the spirit of the children's book, “Goodnight Moon.” As an educator, I was inspired by the book's illustrations. The illustrations are iconic, and I wanted the Little Free Library to be recognizable to young, inspiring readers.

This project allowed me to incorporate my love for reading and art into designing the Little Free Library.

In addition to my professional experience in education, I am an advocate for literacy encouragement, a nature lover, and I am also involved with art and photography projects.

I am looking for networking and job seeking opportunities in the education field.
