I'm Stephanie a sweet southern belle from Alabama. Lover of my sweet family and passionate about fitness & health. Fall weather, crisp starry nights, beautiful sunsets, and college football are some of my favorite things. I still believe that there is good in this world. I've always lived a healthy lfestyle and I love sharing my passion to help others. I love traveling the world. I am of Greek Decent and treasure my heritage greatly. Lover of art, music and singing while cooking up a nice meal. The gym is my second home and God has my heart.

My greatest ambition in life is to be a mommy that teaches my child to the see the beauty in the human spirit and to live a Christ loving happy life. I hope I can touch others and make a postive mark in their lives, and make the world a better place even if it's just for a minute.
