Stephanie Mount

Seattle, WA

After graduating George Fox University with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Stephanie is continuing on to begin a full time position in the Engineering Career Foundation Program at the Boeing Company in July of 2013.

Her previous experience included two internships with Boeing during the summer months of 2011 and 2012, as well as two high school internships at Microsoft during the summer months of 2007 and 2008.

In her studies at GFU, she has also individually created an alternating air engine, designed an audio noise and harmonics remover, designed and fabricated a microcontroller PCB that converts a string of text into a robotic voice, a transitior 6W audio amplifier, a PCB to deliver power to a current load module for a senior design project, and assembled an op-amp audio amplifier. In a team, she has programmed a robot to intelligently find its way through a maze of unknown constraints, developed a refrigeration system, designed and constructed a cell phone signal booster system, and as a senior project, designed and fabricated a programmable current load module capable of drawing 100A/us.

In her spare time, she enjoys long distance running, rock climbing, attending concerts, watching football, and experimenting in the kitchen.
