Born and raised in east Toronto.
Completed my degree in Spanish and French literature and linguistics. After graduation, I taught ESL in France in the public school system for one year.
Started my career in sales in 2008 upon coming back to Canada. I began as an inside sales rep and partner manager for a biometric company (think fingerprint readers and facial recognition - very sci-fi).
After using Salesforce.com for two years to manage my territory, I jumped at the opportunity to work with the company when one of their recruiters contacted me. I worked for the industry leader in CRM and cloud computing in three different roles within the sales organization, in both business development and closing business.
After three and a half years, I decided to leave to pursue new opportunities within the exciting technology start-up landscape in Toronto. I'm interested in working with a growing company that is making a wave and has an awesome vision. My previous experiences have enabled me to master effective discoveries and white boarding, and I've developed a consultative style of solution selling. I am a big believer in building partnerships with clients and providing tools for success - in the age of web and cloud solutions, customer success is king.

Fluent in English, Spanish and French and conversational Italian.
Personal interests include languages, culture, cooking, travel and fashion.
Leisure activities include hot yoga and cross fit. Recently began courses in both meditation and boxing (paradoxically).
I'm a former member of Toastmasters International and actively participate in Toronto's Junior Chamber of Commerce, currently running for a position as VP of the organization.
My laugh is my trademark and is often imitated.
Favourite movie is Rocky - always put yout money on the underdog.
