With 10 years experience, Stephanie is a dynamic retail professional known her adaptability, leadership & ability to embrace all things bright & beautiful. She has been a part of the Lorna Jane Team for 7 years, progressing from retail stores into a variety of Head Office roles such as Sales Coordinator, Activate Manager, National Sales Ambassador & Sales Manager. Known for her versatile skill set, Stephanie has developed a strong understanding of customer targeting and relationships, people practises, content creation and retail strategy. Through her time at Lorna Jane she has always managed large teams and prided herself on her ability to nurture culture and spirit amongst all levels of management, whilst focusing on creating an environment for herself and her team that stretches industry boundaries and delivers results. For the last two years, she has held the role of Sales Manager, managing Strategic Sales, People Management and Operational Functions for the company’s network of 60 stores across New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT. Outside of Lorna Jane, Stephanie has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Queensland and also runs her own freelance event styling business. This year, Stephanie will embark on the Westfield Retail Study Tour to Shanghai, Los Angeles, New York, London & Istanbul as a part of her being crowned Australia's Young Retailer of the Year for 2012.
