Stephanie Freund

I am a college freshman at the University of Nebraska at Omaha majoring in accounting. I love to stay busy working and volunteering whenever possible! On the UNO campus, I am involved in Maverick Productions, Phi Beta Lambda, and the College of Business Administration Scholars Academy. Through Maverick Productions, I help plan and lead events on campus for students. Through Phi Beta Lambda and the CBA Scholars Academy I participate through several activities in the College of Business Administration (CBA). I hope that one day my experiences with CBA will lead me to an accounting position in a small company.

I come from a large farming family in Atlantic, IA. Our family is very close-knit, and I have four siblings. Because of my close and caring family, I have made it to where I am in this part of my life. It is also because of them, that I love to volunteer and stay busy. Most recently, I have helped at the Siena Francis House serving meals and have taught financial literacy at Marrs Magnet Middle School in Omaha.
