Stephanie is the founder of Heart of Leadership, a San Diego based movement to empower young women.

In November 2009, Stephanie began speaking on body image, self esteem, and making a difference at high school and middle school assemblies with TEEN TRUTH LIVE.

She has spoken with over 60,000 teens and adults throughout the U.S. and Canada thus far, and in March 2011, she went overseas to present to schools in Asia. She has spoken at conferences for school counselors, therapists, activity directors, school administrators, students, parents, and body image experts.

Stephanie has been teaching an enriched yoga curriculum to teen girls since 2009. She supports the teen girls at the Center in aligning with the strenth and leadership within themselves.

She is a member of the Master of Science in Executive Leadership (MSEL) program at the University of San Diego. A joint offering between USD's School of Business Administration and The Ken Blanchard Companies, the MSEL is a values-based business degree with the mission to develop and inspire leaders who will transform their organizations and our world through service with compassion and integrity.
